Specials at Alcova

We offer a variety of exciting specials that help students grow in different ways. Physical Education (P.E.) helps kids stay active and learn about teamwork and healthy habits. In Art, students get to express their creativity and develop important problem-solving skills. Music and Theater allow children to explore their talents, build confidence, and work together to create performances. STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) encourages curiosity and teaches critical thinking through hands-on learning. Computer Science helps students develop tech skills that are important for the future, while Spanish introduces them to a new language and culture. Social Emotional Learning (SEL) teaches students how to understand and manage their emotions, build positive relationships, and make responsible decisions. Finally, the Media Center is a place where students can discover new books, develop research skills, and explore the world of information. These special programs help nurture well-rounded students who are prepared for success both in school and beyond!
