Join our Alcova Cheer Team after-school club and take the lead in showcasing school spirit! Under the guidance of experienced coaches, this club offers a unique chance for students to learn cheers, chants, and basic stunts while developing essential leadership skills. As you promote teamwork, coordination, and school pride, you'll also have the opportunity to inspire and lead your peers. Whether you're an experienced cheerleader or new to the sport, all skill levels are welcome to step up, embrace leadership, and shine with your school spirit!

Club Overview AS I AM is a girls’ empowerment club designed to promote confidence, empathy, resilience, and a positive self-image through Social Emotional Learning (SEL). The club creates a safe and inclusive environment where girls can explore their identities, strengthen relationships, and learn tools to navigate both academic and social challenges. Rooted in the values of self-respect and peer support, AS I AM celebrates each girl’s uniqueness while building collective strength.

Chorus is a fun and supportive space for 3rd–5th graders to explore singing and grow as musicians. Students will learn to match pitch, build confidence, and develop basic music theory skills while singing together as a group. Along the way, they’ll prepare songs to perform and enjoy the teamwork, creativity, and joy that come with making music.

The Good News Club is a lively and interactive group where students can make friends, play games, sing, and discover who God is while learning how to build a relationship with Jesus Christ through verse memorizing and brief stories

Friendly competition is at the heart of our challenges, as teams of students engage in research, problem-solving, coding and engineering – building and programming LEGO robots that navigate the missions of a robot game. As part of our challenge, teams also participate in a research project to identify and solve a relevant real-world problem.

The teams will showcase their skills at a festival in March.
